A few housekeeping items: * We love our beaches! Please try to leave the sand at the beach. Use the hose on the beach walkover to rinse chairs and water toys. Also, please do not sit on furniture with wet swimsuits or sunscreen. * Please bring the provided beach towels to the beach. Hooks are provided at the beach as well. We ask you to not bring bath towels to the beach. * Feel free to set the AC to a comfortable temperature. However, please do not run the AC with the doors open. Also, please make sure to keep the doors closed because we live in Florida and well.. bugs. * We provide an initial starting supply of trash bags, paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher sheets, and laundry pods. Beach toys are provided at the beach. There are many close options for additional supplies—Publix is the closest grocery store and they provide free grocery pickup. *You will have access to free parking in the driveway for a maximum of six vehicles. Please do not park on areas that are not driveway. For the safety of our cleaning team, please do not come to the property before 3 pm unless previously arranged. *Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the home, front porch or backyard. This includes tobacco, marijuana, or any other substance. If we find cigarette butts burns or blunts or smell any evidence of them, you will be fined $500. By reserving this home you are agreeing to this. *We expect you to leave the house as you found it and we please ask you to remove your trash from the home and not leave any dishes in the sink upon checkout. If this is not done we will ask you to pay an additional $100 cleaning fee. *We are a pet free home. You will be fined $500 for deep cleaning purposes if found violating this rule. *Most days there will be another guest checking in on the same day you leave. In order to give our cleaning team the necessary time to clean, sanitize and reset the home there will be a charge for any late checkouts, $50 per 30 minutes. You will also be responsible for any refunds given to the next guest due to the late check in that was not previously arranged. We want all our guest to have the best possible experience!
